1. Chunghwa Post announced today that, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, airlines have suspended flights, so airmail services (including air parcel and EMS) to many destinations are suspended. Currently, Airmail services are available to 70 destinations.
(1)EMS and Letter-Post services are available to India.

(only limited areas, please offer us the zip code for a further service confirmation)

(2)Parcel and Letter-Post Services are available to Myanmar、Bangladesh、Ireland、Croatia、Romania、Vatican、Ghana.

(3)The destinations do not include their territories or outlying islands.

2. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, airmail services to many destinations may be subject to delay.

3. Many destinations do not provide the proof of delivery.

4. During COVID-19 period, no delay compensation for EMS.

5.Service to main Spain, but no Canary Islands.

6."Letter-Post" service is avaliable.

Please notice that we extra pay for a Registration Service.

This service can be tracked during the delivery and delivered with a signature proof.

It also can be accepted delivery inquirement when the parcel is missed or delay delivered.

Just this service will be available for a small packaet under 2000g (gross weight).

If you need more parts, and over 2000g, Please still use DHL Express service.

Or use your delivery member account to arrange the shipment from Taiwan.
